This is a big game for not only COC but a game that will give an idea of the rest of the season for each of these teams.

Carthage (1-0) 60
Branson (0-1) 28
What an opening game, a Branson team who had Webb on the ropes at the end of last season and a Carthage team with one of the best offensive players in the area in Posten. Both teams will be ready, how much will home field play a part.

Buffalo (0-1) 0
Fair Grove (1-0) 66
An Eagle team doing some rebuilding and a Bison team somewhat in disaray following the events of this week where they lost several upper classmen over a "rift" with coach Ed Hula.

Cabool (1-0) 34

Carl Junction (0-1) 7
Lamar (1-0) 38

Cassville (1-0) 40

Camdenton (0-1) 14
Nixa (1-0) 21
Another one of the must see games in SW Missouri, a Nixa team who defeated Camdenton 41-0 last year at newly named Shore Feild. Don't bet the Lakers have forgot about that.

Webb City (1-0) 31

God is Amazing and continues to answer Prayers

I was discharged from the Rehab Center on Tuesday and cannot beleive that I am home with my wonderful kids and a warrior for God wife. "Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord." PSALM 31:24
God has been such comfort to my Family during this time, and ALL of you who prayed for me and my family I cannot thank you enouph. I am a miracle of God, I am home now and according to all the Doctors I will be 100% in a few days, weeks or months. My family now needs your prayers as I am at home but unable to work for a while. I know that God will provide. For all of you that think that you are invisible and bulletproof I will tell you that God has been banging on my door wanting me to change things in my life and I ignored, now he has takin control. I will be a better Father, Husband and Christian based on the circumstances that God has put me in over the past 30 plus days.

Thankyou All and God Bless

Thank You

I would like to say Thank You to all of the followers of the ScoreboardGuy on behalf of Guy, myself, and our entire family. I appreciate the calls, emails, Blog postings, Facebook messages/posts, and most of all the PRAYERS. God has already answered so many! God is Good all the time, and All the time God is Good-even during the storms of life.

I pray that Guy is up and at it soon, but until that time you will be stuck with the Scoreboard "gal" for lack of a better term and all her little helpers. A former ball player and friend, Justin Howlett, will be covering the Friday Night Football show until Guy is able to take it back over. If he contacts you he is a good man and helping Guy and I in an amazing way.

The radio show and this website was a hobby/passion of Guys that I want to continue until he is able to take back over, but I need your help. I need to know what you liked best, want to know, and see on this site. So click on the pencil and give me a place to start... Thanks again and keep Praying for a full recovery!
